A sourdough bakery founded with Richard Hart, former head baker at Tartine and later at Noma, known for its bread, croissants and cardamom buns. It is no longer a single shop — the Frederiksberg bakery on Gl. Kongevej is the flagship, with further branches across Nørrebro, Vesterbro, the city centre, Østerbro, Holmen, Islands Brygge, Reffen and Carlsberg Byen.
